حذر حاكم البنك المركزي في سريلانكا الأربعاء من أن اقتصاد البلاد “سينهار إلى حد لا يمكن إصلاحه” ما لم تُشكل حكومة جديدة في غضون يومين لإعادة إرساء الاستقرار السياسي.
وقال الحاكم ناندلال ويراسينغه للصحافيين في كولومبو “إذا لم تكن هناك حكومة في اليومين القادمين، سينهار الاقتصاد تماما ولن نتمكن من إنقاذه”.
